Massoud, Mona

Dr Mona MASSOUD, is a gynecologist-obstetrician, specialist in fetal medicine and fetal therapy, Head of department of Multiple Pregnancies and the Vice-chair of the fetal medicine department at the University Hospital “Femme Mère Enfant” in Lyon.

Dr. Massoud is a Lecturer at the “University Claude Bernard Lyon” and conducts scientific research in the maternal and fetal medicine field.

She is a member of the Ethical Committee of the “Hospices civils de Lyon”

Dr. Massoud is the Deputy General Secretary of the Executive board of the “French College of Fetal Ultrasound; CFEF” and an active member of the ultrasound training group organizing and performing brain and heart ultrasound workshops worldwide.

Dr. Massoud is a member of the “International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology (ISUOG)”, the “French National Collage of Gynecology and Obstetrics“ (CNGOF) and the French Club of Fetal Medicine.

In addition, Dr. Massoud has authored various scientific publications, numerous chapters in fetal medicine textbooks serves as a reviewer for national and international scientific journals. Her accomplishments have been recognized with several presentations at national and international conferences.
