So I am a nutter!! Between 9 – 16 May I will be cycling 363miles/584km around the Scottish Highlands with a group of equally mad people, however for an amazing cause that I truly believe in; research to prevent premature births.
I did Cycle Cuba in 2008 and it was a truly life changing experience. I love cycling but don’t get out on my bike enough as work and life gets in the way… however a challenge for a cause I really believe in and that has affected many people I know will change that.
I am training hard exploring the beautiful Quantocks and Mendips (lots of hills …and Cheddar Gorge!).
I am really looking forward to the challenge, I know it is going to be tough but knowing the money that is raised helps to prevent premature babies will make it all worthwhile.
Any donation no matter how small will help make a difference.
Thank you xxx
16.01.16 – First 25mile cycle ride of the year on probably the first dry day of the year! Blue skies and frost, beautiful views from midway up the Quantocks across Somerset to Glastonbury Tor, Steepholme, Flatholme & Crooks Peak.
